
Meet Dr. Erica McCrae
Dr. Erica McCrae is a devoted wife, mother of three, and accomplished professional. She is the CEO of Homewatch CareGivers of McDonough and Middle Georgia, the founder of The Entrepreneur’s Pen (a nonprofit organization), a published author, and an inspirational speaker.
Dr. McCrae holds a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership, an MBA, a Master of Divinity, a Master of Arts in Practical Theology, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She is passionate about inspiring and empowering women to uncover their God-given purpose in marketplace and ministry.
Outside of her professional roles, Dr. McCrae is deeply committed to her faith, family, and community. She dedicates her time to mentoring women, leading a thriving home care business, and making a difference through her nonprofit initiatives.
